SS316 Centrifugal pumps (Series CFP)

High Head, High capacity design with better efficiency and performance. All pumps are made of superior quality rolled stainless steel material which has batter properties than cast material. Liquid contact parts have smoother surface which gives less frictional losses and more efficiency. Front openable, simple and easy design ensures quick maintenance and cleaning and lower down time. Superior surface finish also ensure no ingress or emission of germs or impurities during pumping or idling which is basic requirement of sterile / hygienic application.

Application

CFP Series Pumps can be used for loading, unloading, transfer and processing of various liquids such as.

  • Acids, Fine Chemicals, Dyes & Intermediates
  • Electroplating, Chemicals, Effluent liquids, Acid Washing etc.
  • Fruit Juice, Beer, wine and other Beverages.
  • Pharmaceutical formulations, Syrups, Food Processing liquids etc.
  • RO Water, DM water & Acid descaling.
  • Milk, Butter Milk, Diesel and other petroleum liquids.
  • Color dyes, Pigments, Textiles sizing, Dyeing & Finishing systems
  • Liquid detergents, Alkaline Solution, Thermic Fluid and hot water also.

Configuration

  • Monoblock, Bare pumps and coupled set with motor and base frame.
  • Monoblock pump in Single & Three Phase Single phase up to 1 HP Only.
  • Pumps with Flameproof Motors also available.
  • All Standard pumps with closed impeller. Semi Open Impeller available optionally.
  • Silicon v/s Silicon, TC v/s TC Mechanical Seal Available optionally and recommended for high Temp. and Liquid with abrasive particles.
  • Pure Teflon Gland Packing also available.
  • Single Seal, Double Seal and External Seal Colling Facility can be provided.
  • End Connections in BSP Threads, Flanges as per ASA 150, Triclove joints, Nozzle Connections.

Operating

  • All CFP Series pumps are centrifugal type and hence require priming before startup.
  • Max. Suction Lift with Foot Valve – 7 meters.
  • Max. Head upto 78 meters.
  • Max. Operating Temp. 90 def for Std. Pumps / 250 deg for High Temp Type
  • Monoblock pumps are recommended for temp. up to 90° only. For Higher Temp. Bare pumps Coupled with motor are advised.
  • Max. Viscosity handling up to 1500 centipoise.
